Having been involved in sport from an early age I have always wanted to be involved in sport and fitness in some way. While injury put pay to my own participation, I decided to try and positively influence others journeys as best I could. My first strength and conditioning internship at Durham University in 2014, one of the most enjoyable experiences of my career, confirmed that coaching was the route I was meant for.
I have pursued S&C coaching ever since, having had the fortune to work at several high-level universities and clubs and the pleasure to work with a wide range of athletes over that time. Each role one has further strengthened my love of the craft.
